B-LineXpress is a high end private transportation company in Colorado ski country. We handle airport transfers, point-to-point transportation, and hourly services for high-dollar clientele. Our reservations and dispatch team is made up of six total staff members operating round-the-clock. We rely on business texting to stay in contact with all of our clients and drivers in real-time.
We needed a new business texting provider after our previous one shut down. Text Request stood out as the best replacement, because their API could connect directly to our booking platform, Limo Anywhere.
The moment a new client enters their contact details to get a quote on our website, they automatically receive a text letting them know the quote has been sent to their email address. They also get a follow-up text when they view the quote to ask if they have any further questions.
From there, all our reach-outs are two-way conversations between our team and the client. This provides a personal touch and ensures they have everything they need along the way.
Additionally, we text pre-trip confirmations 48 hours before the client is scheduled to be picked up. This allows them the chance to request any last-minute changes or provide missing information. Clients are then prompted to send a confirmation text back to us so that we know they are happy with the trip details.
We’ll also text custom links to our drivers so that they can then update their statuses in real-time and keep our dispatch team informed of their progress on a given trip. This way our clients know when their driver is on location and our admin can make in-the-moment decisions regarding trip assignments.
We’ve even created text templates for when customers ask things like, “Where do I meet my driver?” This helps us save time, deliver consistent answers to FAQs, and provide seamless customer experiences.
