CHALLENGE

I wanted to manage messages from my desktop, and not my personal phone.

Just Between Friends is a seasonal children's and maternity consignment company. We host two events every year, and a little over 700 parents participate as consigners. I used to make phone calls to remind consignors about the event, but then I was stuck responding to hundreds of people on my personal number. It got so chaotic, I started looking for a new phone line. That’s when I found Text Request.

Once the time arrives, our seasonal event needs to get the word out quickly—and Text Request lets us do just that. We primarily use it to send texts to consignors about last minute shift opportunities. People don’t always check their emails, but I know they get my texts because everyone keeps their phone on them.
