Does Text Request have any contracts?
A:
Text Request has no contracts. You just pay month-to-month, and can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your account at any time. However, if you think a contract would be helpful, we can work something out. Contact us to continue the conversation.
Q:
Can I use Text Request with my existing business phone number?
A:
In short, yes! Visit our Landline Texting page (under Features) to see if your number is eligible. The longer answer is we can add Text Request to any landline or toll-free number, and to most VOIP numbers. Mobile numbers (like your cell phone) already have SMS/text abilities, so we can’t add Text Request to them. Though, you can use our iOS or Android app to get Text Request on your phone.

Does Text Request integrate with My CRM?
A:
Yes! Check our API page and Integrations page for more details. Depending on your needs, we might have to get a developer involved, but we’ll make it work for you.

How many users can we have?
A:
You can have as many users as you want! And they’re all free, so go ahead and add the entire team to your account, if you like.
Q:
How secure is our information?
A:
Any information in Text Request is as secure as it can be. Plus, we’re regularly monitoring and improving our top notch security, because we know how important it is to keep everyone’s information safe.
Q:
What happens if someone calls my Text Request number?
A:
If you’ve added Text Request to your current business number, any callers will come through like always. If you’ve gotten a text only number through us, we have a Voice Greeting you can setup to let people know what’s going on.
