Message Attachments: Increase Customer Satisfaction and Retention
Searching for that final personal touch to make your customer experience the best it can be?
Texting pictures delights customers and adds an extra human element to your business.
Message Attachments Mini Guide
Whenever you compose an individual message, group message, or template, you have the option to include an attachment.
There are three ways to add an attachment to your text:
Click the paperclip icon, then browse and select your image
Drag and drop the image
Copy and paste the image directly into the message
Be sure to check the size and type of file before you send the attachment. Text Request supports GIF, JPG, PDF, and PNG files. PDFs can also be useful for speeding up services and increasing customer satisfaction.
Most carriers support individual files that are under 1MB. Anything larger can be sent but will be compressed in a way that affects the quality. A single message can have up to 3 attachments of any size, but the images will be downsized until the total size is no more than 2MB.

Message Attachments in Action
Visiting Angels of Newburyport has been a leader in senior care since 2005. Their professional and dedicated caregivers proudly help older adults live comfortably, independently, and safely in their own homes.
To ensure clients feel especially cared for and comfortable, the Visiting Angels Newburyport team will text pictures of caregivers who are coming to visit. Caregivers will also text families pictures of clients, so they can see how their loved ones are doing.
This adds an extra human touch to Visiting Angel's customer service and increases overall retention.
