Texting helps you get people’s attention, so you can accomplish your tasks and goals, and Text Request is a great tool to leverage this channel.

Set up employees and contacts for smooth operations.

Users can have different permission levels based on what they need access to, and each user can customize their profile with their photo, signatures, and notification settings. These help smooth out your day-to-day messaging. 

It’s helpful to create contact groups for customers, employees, and any other specific categories of contacts you’ll want to text in a batch. That way it’s just a couple of clicks to send a group text. You can create as many groups as you like, with as many contacts as you like, and you can use our custom merge messaging to personalize your group messages at scale.

You can always add or remove contacts to and from specific groups through their contact details,  and you may want to use contact tags to quickly identify who’s messaged you—perhaps for employees to “claim a contact” or to know what type of customer you’re texting with.
