Elevate Behavior Services is an outpatient behavioral health clinic that serves children with autism and similar disabilities. We were struggling to find an SMS platform that was HIPAA compliant and could also be used to mass text our staff and clients. Text Request’s good reputation stood out to me, and I knew I would be taken care of in regards to customer service.
We text our parents everything from when sessions are available, to what their child achieved during a session, to even discharge forms. We also send photos of their children during therapy to build trust and rapport.
One of our favorite features is the autoresponder, which we use after hours and during the holidays. Autoresponder automatically sends a reply to parents, so they get a timely response even when we’re not at the clinic. It makes our families feel cared for.
We love that Text Request makes it easy to save and print out all our messages. We keep them for records, and it’s come in handy the few times we’ve needed them. It’s also nice to know that any protected health information we text is safe with Text Request’s HIPAA compliant platform.
