Groups Mini Guide

Groups are a saved collection, or list, of contacts you can use to send targeted messages to. You can create as many groups as you want, and each group can hold as many contacts as you’d like.

To create a new group:

  1. Go to the Contacts section of your menu

  2. Select "View Groups"

  3. Select "Add Group"

  4. Enter a name for your group in the modal that opens

  5. Select "Create Group" to save the new group

You can then add individual contacts to your new group by selecting the "Add Contacts" button and searching for their name or number.

You can also import a new list of multiple contacts by clicking the "Import" button and uploading a previously made CSV file from your computer.

Groups in Action

La Paz is a nonprofit that helps Latinx and Hispanic population use their own voices to move forward in a country that isn’t their homeland. La Paz regularly texts their clients about professional development workshops, networking lunches, or job opportunities.

The groups feature helps La Paz stay organized, so they can best contact their clients based on individual needs. La Paz's team specifically has all their social impact constituents and business development compañia members in different groups, so only certain information goes to them.
