SMS for Reviews: How to Use Review Management
Online reviews are essential for managing your reputation and winning customers.
Here's how to use our Review Management feature to get more.
1. Connect Your Review Pages
Monitor your Google Business page from inside Text Request.
After you connect your review platforms, you can create a “campaign” and start sending text messages with review links that automatically take customers to your Google Business page. You can even connect multiple Google Business pages, so you can manage reviews for all your locations inside Text Request.
2. Send Review Links
Insert review links directly into your text messages.
Review links are unique to every recipient, so you can track the customer’s specific stats, including whether or not they clicked the link.
This link also makes it possible to automatically send:
Reminder texts, if the customer forgets to open the link
Thank you texts, for when the customer leaves a review
When customers open the link, they'll be asked to thumbs up or thumbs down their experience with your company. Customers who respond with a thumbs down will have their feedback automatically set to be private. This keeps all positive feedback public, while negative feedback stays hidden, giving you the best opportunity to maintain a positive reputation.
3. Handle Responses
Responding to reviews shows customers that you care and are active.
Replying to reviews, whether public or private, is straightforward. Reviews that haven’t been replied to yet are marked with a Needs Reply tag, so it's easy to identify whose feedback still needs to be handled.
Responding to online reviews contributes to an overall positive online reputation and encourages onlookers to work with you. That means more new customers and revenue!
