SMS Integrations: Add Texting Where You Already Work
Who doesn’t want to be more efficient? Connecting Text Request to the tools you already use helps you save time and increase productivity.
There’s not a perfect fit for everyone, but most can make work easier through one of the options below.
1. What Our Intergrations Do
Most sync contacts and messages, some send automated texts.
Every integration is a bit different, depending on what the partner platform allows and what customers like you asked for. You can generally expect:
Contacts to sync from that platform to Text Request
Messages from Text Request to sync to that platform
To Trigger messages as part of workflows, such as for your sales follow-ups or sending invoices
Our most popular direct integrations are with HubSpot, Clio, FranConnect, and Angi Leads.
Check out the full list to find your platform and its specific integration features.
2. How to Connect Platforms
Your account Admin can connect them today.
The process is simple.
Go to the Integrations menu in Text Request
Click “Set Up” on the platform you want to connect
Choose which Text Request dashboard(s) you want to sync
And select which integration features you want to turn on
Congratulations! Your integration is now live. For integration-specific steps, view our help center.
Note: Integrations are available on Starter plans and above. If you have questions about your plan or adding integrations, our team would love to help—just ask.
3. Other Integration Options
Don’t see the platform you’re looking for? Try one of these.
As much as we want to, we can’t build direct integrations with every software out there, but these options will help you get the job done.
Chrome Extension—Text from your CRM or other software and get browser notifications. It’s like a no-code integration for the entire web. Works with Chrome, Edge, and other browsers.
API and Webhooks—Work with an IT pro or software developer? Use our API and developer docs to build exactly what you need into your existing systems.
Zapier—Templated automations connecting Text Request to 5,000+ other tools. Requires a (free) Zapier account, but highly versatile.
Microsoft Power Platform—Like Zapier, but for Microsoft products.
