SMS Payments: Text Invoice Reminders

Here's how to collect secure payments instantly through SMS messaging and manage payment request reminders all from inside Text Request.
SMS Payments Mini Guide
Our Payments feature allows you to request and receive payments from your contacts via text message. By default, Payments will be disabled on all dashboards for an account and must be enabled on a per-dashboard basis.
Once Payments is enabled, you can send payment requests and reminders. To send a payment reminder request:
Open the Payments menu
Go to the Payment Request History section
Filter and find the payment request you’re looking for
Select the + next to the payment request when you find it
Generally, we recommend waiting at least one day to send a reminder, but it will help to create your own internal policy for when reminders are sent.
