1. Create a Clear Call-To-Action

Chat widgets with call-to-actions start more conversations. 

A call-to-action, or CTA, prompts customers to do something, like:

  • "Schedule your appointment/service!"

  • "Talk to one of our reps."

  • "Get a free estimate!"

  • "Ask about our inventory."

2. Add a Pre-Filled Message

The less a customer has to work, the better results you'll see. 

That's why we recommend adding a pre-filled message inside the widget, such as:

  • "What's the earliest I can schedule a(n) appointment/service?"

  • "I'd like to learn more about your product/service." 

  • "What are your hourly rates?"

  • "What is included in an initial consultation?"

This way customers don't have to worry about typing out what they need. The more straightforward connecting with your business is, the more likely the customer is to choose you over a competitor. 

3. Customize Your Form Fields

Add and customize additional information fields to fit your needs.

Our SMS Chat widget only requires customers to enter their name, number, and message by default. But you have the option to add more fields as desired. 

This is super handy if you're:
